Unlike a seamless paper backdrop, some indoor walls and a lot of outdoor walls have texture that can add dimension to your headshots. Keep in mind, that the closer you are to the wall, the more the texture will be noticeable. If you are far away from the wall, it will begin to appear out of focus. Depending on what you are looking for, both options can work well.

Watch Out For Reflections And Shadows
