One of the things I like the most about BGJR is that it has a unique look that you cannot find anywhere else in San Jose. It has a very rustic feel to it. And the large white barns give a different feel than a park or the beach. Depending on the year, there is golden, knee high grass that adds to the rustic feel of the location.

BGJR Photographs Well At Any Hour But It Really Shines At Golden Hour

The best time to take golden hour senior portraits in San Jose is in the hour before the sun sets. At this time, the light is soft and flattering for portraits. And you can also get the sun shooting through the background. Whenever possible, I recommend booking sessions during golden hour. However, BGJR photographs well at most times of the day. If you plan on shooting your senior portraits in multiple outfits, BGJR has restrooms where you can quickly change. Not every location has restrooms and so this amenity really comes in handy.
